Our quality team is highly qualified and dedicated to the fundamental processes regarding food safety control, selecting new suppliers and ingredients, training for best practices in food handling and constant audits for standards and regulations.

LOGISTICS

We operate through a Distribution center to guarantee the efficiency of our supply chain and to hold the large amount of products Cucinare purchases monthly.

Along with our two logistic partners, we store and distribute the ingredients that restaurant administrators receive according to their requirements. We are able to certificate the origin, quality and traceability.

Fresh produce are acquired from farmers closer to the restaurants to ensure that they arrive at peak freshness.

COMMUNICATION AND EVENTS

The Marketing staff at Cucinare is responsible for creating numerous events to break the routine on the restaurants. It is also in charge of all the corporate communication, aiming at making meals an even more pleasant time.

PROJECTS

The Projects staff is responsible for designing layouts for the restaurants, developing new contract proposals or just a renovation of an existing one – always searching for the latest on architectural and interior design trends, delivering beautiful and modern spaces.
